Although Home Hunts knows it is to be honoured in the European regional competition, the champagne is on ice until a glittering gala and presentation dinner at the Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, London, on the evening of October 14th where the official announcements will be made and the successful entrants will learn exactly which awards they have secured.

And there could be more success to follow, as later this year the highest scoring winners from the European Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Asia Pacific, Africa, Canada, the USA, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Arabia and the UK to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.

The award represents a significant achievement for Home Hunts as entrants are judged against a strict set of criteria and the company was up against a large number of high-profile real estate agents and property consultants throughout Europe. The Award Winners’ logo is recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the industry.

The Awards judging panel consists of over 70 highly respected experts from all over the world and is chaired by three active members of the House of Lords: Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Courtown.

Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards, said he was “very proud” to honour high achievement among Europe’s real estate agencies and property consultants. He commented: “People working in real estate often get a bad press and much of the time it’s unjustified. There are companies offering very high standards of professionalism and service. It’s a competitive industry and our Awards winners fully deserve the mark of excellence to help them stand out and give assurance to their customers.”

Tim Swannie, Director of Home Hunts said  “This is great news for us, we are so proud to have been considered for these exclusive awards again and to know we are amongst the winners for the third year running is simply fantastic, it is a real testament to our hard working team. We constantly try to evolve as a company and we have invested a great deal of time and money this year into our website, CRM system and training programme as well as our international marketing campaign so these awards are a valuable endorsement in a very competitive market”

The International Property Awards will also host the European Property Awards Summit during the day on October 14th at the Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, London. A number of professional networking events including seminars, discussion tables and an exhibition will be attended by Presidents, CEOs, Managing Directors, Chairmen and other decision makers. The event presents an ideal opportunity to make connections and generate new business and is open to all industry-related companies and suppliers in addition to award participants.
