A village you have never considered might offer exactly the lifestyle you have been trying to find somewhere else.

Home Hunts was founded in the South of France in 2005 by François-Xavier de Vial and Tim Swannie.
The international property market has changed enormously since then. Buyers have access to more information, more property websites and more technology than ever before.
Yet ironically, having more property to look at doesn’t necessarily make finding the right one any easier.
That is perhaps why the original idea behind Home Hunts remains as relevant today as it was in 2005.
Rather than spending months contacting different agents, trying to understand an unfamiliar market and wondering what you might be missing, you have somebody locally whose job is to look at the market from your perspective.
